Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Voyage mit 0,7L und 53%

Die diesjährige Ausgabe der jährlich erscheinenenden Bottlings wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Dr. Joy Spence, der Master Blenderin des Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum komponiert. Master Distiller Eddie Russell und sie suchten gemeinsam Fässer aus, die zuvor 14 Jahre alten Rum enthielten und die den Karamell-Unterton von Wild Turkey als Finishing-Fässer bestens unterstreichen.

ausgesuchten Fässern mit Char-Grad 4 (Alligator). Zusammen ergab das einen Bourbon, der viele Früchte am Gaumen, dazu Karamell, alte Eiche sowie ein schokoladiges und langes Finish bietet.
